Doing business with Flooring World Amidst COVID-19 Crisis
Here at Flooring World, we are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation as our business services are considered “essential services” so we’re open and operating within the required guidelines set out.
As part of the plan to help flatten the curve of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spread, we have implement a few new procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers.
They are the following:
- All visits to our Doveton showroom will be conducted by appointment-only. Please call our office on (03) 9706 9070 and organise a time to visit with a staff member prior to your arrival
- If you have recently returned from overseas or are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone experiencing those symptoms, we politely request that you do not visit our showroom and inform us immediately if we have scheduled any installation or delivery jobs with you
- We will also request that you maintain a 1.5m social distant from all of our staff, installers and delivery drivers
- Installations will continue and take place as per usual with a request that no other persons are present in the area the our installers will be working in
- Please refrain from shaking hands with any of our staff, installers or delivery drivers
- For collection of goods please call our office on (03) 9706 9070
- Payments can be made over the phone or via online Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Delivery services are still available with a request request that you maintain a 1.5m social distance from our delivery drivers
- Samples can be organised over the phone. Please call our office on (03) 9706 9070
